Worcester Early Years Centre believes that Woodland School is a classroom with no walls, it is a great opportunity for your child to explore the natural world, whilst developing their learning at the same time.
From babies to out of school care, our Woodland School sessions are carried out by a trained Forest School leader.
The children are taught in smaller groups to allow us to focus more on the individual interests and development needs of our children. From natural sensory trays to whittling, there is a wide variety of activities to suit all ages.
During Woodland School sessions the children learn about a wide variety of natural objects, including: insects, animals, plants and trees. Participating in activities such as: bark rubbing, mud painting, scavenger hunts and campfire cooking to name a few.
